Mother's Day Breakfast 2009
The youth hosted a Mother's Day Breakfast for all our wonderful moms. We had a great time, in spite of the fact the electricity went off in the middle of our cooking. Bro. Stanley and Sis. Michelle loaned us a generator, and we made lemonade out of lemons!! :o)

IMPACT Thursday May 28th
This was our third IMPACT night, and it was great! The kids performed a skit about depression which was written by our very own Trent Blanton! God is blessing!

Bro. Dan's Piece of the Pie!
During the month of May, the BEC Youth sponsored a Boys vs. Girls food drive, which will benefit the food pantry in Richmond. They collected food all month long, with the help of our wonderful church family. At the end of May, the girls came out ahead, by a thin margin. Boys, you did awesome too! The prize was, if the boys won, Sis. Angela got a pie in the face, and if the girls won, Bro. Danny got the pie! Well, these pictures tell the story! Enjoy!

We had an amazing time at SOYC this year. Our youth received help and encouragement and came home ready to work even harder for the Lord!
